SDK Customer Support PolicyComtrol will provide free of charge, support on the installation of the DeviceMaster Software Developer kit. Support beyond normal installation is provided on a per hour fee-for-services basis. The fee for support is $120 per hour with a $200 minimum per case. Customers wishing support on a fee-for-services basis must be pre-approved by Comtrol prior to receiving support.
